We are currently experiencing limited stability issues with one of our partners, following a series of targeted DDoS attacks on their infrastructure. Although the direct attacks have now ceased, our partner’s technical team is actively strengthening security measures and implementing safeguards to prevent recurrence.
The actions taken include:
Automatic blocking of suspicious IP addresses, based on real-time threat intelligence and traffic analysis.
Migration to a modern Kubernetes infrastructure, significantly improving incident response times and enhancing overall platform stability.
Continuous monitoring and refinement of defence mechanisms to detect and mitigate new attack patterns at an early stage.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and are in regular contact with our partner to ensure service continuity. Any relevant developments will be communicated to our customers proactively.
